Heard both the sides. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court and in view of the observations made by the Reference Court in para no.6 of the impugned judgment and award, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking and 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and the remaining 50% shall be invested in F.D.R. in any nationalized bank. 2.
