1) Heard both the sides. Seen the copy of policy produced by the original claimant. It is taken on record. This Court has gone through the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act.
2 CA 1646 of 2016 2) In view of the nature of policy and the extent of liability this Court holds that at present the claimant can be allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.7,60,300/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Sixty Thousand and Three Hundred only). If any amount is already withdrawn from this office or from the office of the Commissioner, after deducting that amount from the amount which is allowed to be withdrawn today, the amount needs to be paid. In respect of those terms, Civil Application No.1646 of 2016 is allowed and disposed of.
3) Civil Application No.16121 of 2015 filed for stay is disposed of.
