Heard both sides. Considering the challenge made to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, the applicants in both the civil applications, are permitted to withdraw the amount, as described below:- I) 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them in the appeal, they shall re-deposit the amount within four months of passing of such order.

ii) 25% amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

990 ca.3115.17 -2Iii) 25% of the amount be invested in fixed deposit receipt in any Nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years and the same shall be renewed thereafter from time to time until further orders.
