The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner No. 2 is pending since the year 2014 and in respect of petitioner No. 1 is pending since the year 2015. The same are not yet decided. The petitioner No. 1 is exploring the possibility of admission for the professional course for the academic year 2020-2021 and would require validity for the said purpose. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

Considering the exigency in the matter, in case the validation proceeding in respect of claim of the petitioners is pending with respondent No. 2 - Committee, then respondent No.

2 940-WP-1462-2020 2 - Committee shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, preferably by the end of May, 2020.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 5th February, 2020.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
