The petitioner and his advocate are absent. We perused order dated 20th October, 2004 passed by this Court at interim stage. While granting Rule, this Court directed respondent No.5 to deposit certain amount. This amount was necessarily for release of pension benefits of the petitioner. We assume that the amount as directed by this Court was deposited and pension benefits of the petitioner were released. We also assume that in view of this positive change, the petitioner has achieved what he wanted to achieve in this petition. The writ petition is dismissed for default. Rule discharged. No costs.
