The petitioner is placed on supernumerary post. 2.

The cast claim of the petitioner is pending and under order dated 13th February 2020 in Writ Petition No. 2381 of 2020, we have directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceeding within four months and the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee on 27th February 2020.

Without issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondents

2 W.P. No. 1459/2020 have placed the petitioner on supernumerary post. The proposal has been submitted for the validation to the Committee in the year 2010.

As the impugned action is without notice to the petitioner, we quash and set aside the impugned action. 5.

In case, the respondents want to take action against the petitioner of placing the petitioner on supernumerary post or otherwise, then notice shall be issued to the petitioner giving opportunity to show cause. In that event, the petitioner can file reply and bring all the relevant facts to the notice of the respondentCommittee. 6.

The writ petition disposed of. No costs.
