21ca4186.24 references. They have approached this Court seeking enhancement of compensation being aggrieved by assessment made by reference Court. 6.

Perused reasons mentioned in the applications. Apparently it seems that delay occasioned on account of financial difficulties. Applicants are litigating for getting just compensation towards their acquired lands. Therefore, liberal approach needs to be adopted in matter of condonation of delay. Delay caused are not intentional. Applicants have not derived any advantage by making delay. 7.

In the result, applications stand allowed and disposed off. Delay caused in filing appeal/s stands condoned subject to condition that applicants shall file undertaking/s that they shall not claim interest and statutory benefits on enhanced compensation amount in case his/their appeals are allowed.

Appeal/s be registered subject to removal of office objections if any.
