Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicants. Despite service of notice, none appears for both respondents. The application is for condonation of 36 days delay for filing civil application for restoration of FAST and the order dated 13-12-2016 to restore FAST/30663 of 2016, registration of which came to be refused by learned Registrar for non removal of office objection. The learned counsel for applicants submits that he will remove the objection within two weeks and requested to condone the delay.

In view of nature of subject matter and submission of learned counsel for applicants, there is no impediment to allow application. Accordingly delay for 36 days for filing civil application is hereby condoned. The impugned order passed by learned Registrar dated 13-12-2016 is hereby quashed and set aside and First Appeal (Stamp) No. 30663 of 2016 be restored at it's original stage. The applicants to remove requisite objection raised on behalf of Registrar of this Court within two (2) weeks. Accordingly, civil application is allowed and disposed of.
