1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the land under registered sale deed on 26th June, 2021. In the month of September, 2021, the petitioner had been to the office of the Talathi for recording his name in record of rights as per the sale deed, however, Talathi refused to accept the application. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the Additional Tahsildar and he is also not taken cognizance. 2] Learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents and in such eventuality the Committee is constituted under the Circular dated 13.02.2015.

3] The petitioner may approach the Committee as constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015 and file an

1404.22WP application before the Committee. Thereafter, the Committee shall look into the matter and take further steps preferably within three [3] months from the date of application.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
