This application is for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 11 and 12, namely, Udhav Nivrutti Gunjal and Bhagwan Nivrutti Gunjal, who died on 16.09.2015 and 27.03.2019 respectively. The legal heirs shown in title clause are the only legal heirs of the deceased respondent. While filing application, there is delay of 3326 days and 2038 days respectively.

Learned Advocate Mr. Munjal submits that Mr. A.T. Kanwade, Advocate has instructions to appear for the legal heirs. 03.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed by condoning the delay. Necessary amendment in the cause title of the petition and the application be carried out within four weeks from today.

The applicant has furnished address of respondent nos. 6 to 10 as per cause title of the application.

Office to re-issue notice to respondent nos. 6 and 10 returnable on 12.03.2025, on the addresses mentioned in the title clause of this application.
