This application is successive application for bail. Earlier application bearing Criminal Application No. 406/2020 was rejected by an order dated 03.03.2020 by considering the evidence and material on record. The Court has rejected that application on merits. No change in circumstances is pointed out except that by now the applicant has put in more than three years in jail.

Learned advocate for the applicant therefore prays that at least appeal may kindly be fixed for hearing on some day. 3.

Considering that, the sentence awarded by the learned Trial Court is of ten years and out of that almost three years accused is in jail, it

Place the appeal for final hearing on 16.01.2023. 5.
