Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for respondent - Acquiring Body and learned AGP for respondent- State. Perused the application.

It has been submitted that the Acquiring Body has already deposited the entire decreetal amount in this Court. The claimants/respondents were also permitted to withdraw part of the decreetal amount deposited in this Court. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to pursue the present applicants for vacating interim relief granted by this Court. In such circumstances, the applications being nugatory one deserve to be disposed of. 3.
