ORAL ORDER:

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 6/original claimants submits that claim petition was withdrawn in Lok Adalat held on 14/09/2019. In view of withdrawal and disposal of appeal, the amount lying deposited with this Court required to be transferred to the executing Court for its disbursement to the claimants as per Award passed by the Tribunal.

Mr. S.S.Patil, learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has no objection to transfer the amount to executing Court.

Registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited by appellant/Insurance company to the executing Court to be treated as deposit of amount by appellant/Insurance company towards satisfaction of Award passed in M.A.C.P. No. 33 of 2011 - [old No. 20 of 2011] Smt. Anita w/o Balaprasad @ Sanjay Jaju and others V/s Gurnamsingh s/o Ajaibsingh Padda and others.
