We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. The allegations are made by the petitioner and the respondent/employer against each others. According to the petitioner the management is harassing him, whereas according to the management, the petitioner is not performing his duties. He is not taking up the classes as directed to him and on the contrary he is making baseless complaint against all. 2.

It is not disputed that, the petitioner is in employment. No action has been taken against the petitioner as on today. The parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As the petitioner is on duty and in service, the petitioner is entitled to receive the salary. It is further submitted by the petitioner and the respondent/employer that the petitioner is working on grant in aid post.

It is also further contended by the employer that the petitioner has received the salary from January 2021. According to the petitioner he has received the salary for one month only. 5.

Be that as it may, the management shall forward the salary bills of the petitioner including its arrears as per the admissible pay scale within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The Education Officer shall process the said salary bills within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter. 6.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
