By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed as per prayer clause "B" as under :- "

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ order or direction, may kindly be directed to the respondent no.02 to decide the application

(2) W.P. No. 1349 of 2017 dated 13.10.2016 filed by the petitioner immediately in view of Section 23 of the People's Representation Act, 1950, and her name may be directed to include in the voters list if she is entitled so. "

The petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the application dated 13.10.2016 made by the petitioner for inclusion of her name in the voters' list, in accordance with law, and if she is found eligible, her name be included in the voters' list, before 30th January, 2017.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. In addition, the Asst. Government Pleader shall communicate this order to the concerned authorities.
