Present petition has been filed for following relief :- "B.

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction in like nature that the respondent no.1 may kindly be directed to decide the revision application no.672 of 2023 filed by respondent no.5 within stipulated period."

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that revision petition is pending before the Honourable Minister and by notice dated 8.2.2024 the date of hearing has been fixed on 21.2.2024 at 3 p.m. The petitioner is undertaking that he would remain present in view of the copy of this notice and there is no necessity to issue notice to him. Copy of the said notice is taken on record by making exhibit 'A'.

In view of the fact that now date of hearing is also fixed, writ petition can be disposed off with directions to respondent

wp 1599.24.odt no.1 that revision application no.672 of 2023 be decided as expeditiously as possible, not more than (2) two months from today. Writ Petition is disposed off accordingly. 4.
