This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing review application. In fact, the Writ Petition No. 8205 of 2009 was also decided as none had appeared for the petitioner. The Court has considered the vigilance cell report, wherein in the original school record word Mahadeo was added subsequently. Originally caste of the petitioner was recorded as Koli and the word Mahadeo was added subsequently in the school enrollment

2 ca 2869.16 register. The hand writing and ink was different. The Court considered that the school record was manipulated. It was also observed that, vigilance cell has observed that, the petitioner and his family members do not have basic knowledge of the traits, characteristics, customs and culture of Koli Mahadeo tribe. Considering that the Court had dismissed the petition. 2.
