Heard learned advocates for the applicant and respondent No.1.

Applicant - claimant is stated to have suffered 100% disability. It further appears that huge amount had been incurred for treatment of the applicant and expenses for maintaining would also be required.

In view of aforesaid and in the facts and circumstances of the case, it is deemed expedient to allow the applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs.20,000,00/- (Rupees Twenty hundred
{2} ca1700-18 thousands) on furnishing undertaking to the effect that in case the appeal is decided against the interest of the applicant, he would deposit the amount within three months from the decision. It is directed that Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five hundred thousand) out of Rs.20,000,00/- (Rupees twenty hundred thousand) be invested in fixed deposit of a nationalized bank earning interest and to produce a copy of receipt thereof. In case of failure, appropriate orders would be passed. 4.
