Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant insurance company. 2.

Taking into consideration the fact that, the sole earning member of the family of the applicant expired, definitely they deserve money. However, since the quantum is also challenged, a balance has to be stuck.

Each of the applicant is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.2,00,000/- with a condition that, they should file an undertaking on or before 12-07-2019 stating that, they will make the good said amount, in case they are directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
