The Petitioner has approached this Court, purportedly having been threatened by some persons. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner contends that the Petitioner does not know these persons. As such, we are of the view that the Petitioner should have filed a first information report against all such persons, who are threatening her.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner draws our attention to the notice dated 08/11/2023, but hastens to clarify that the Petitioner's name does not appear in the notice and the plot

959.24wp (2) number mentioned also does not belong to the Petitioner. According to the Petitioner, the notice does not affect her. 3.

In view of the above, there is no cause of action before this Court and this Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off. Needless to state, if the Petitioner is threatened by anybody, she is at liberty to avail of the remedies, as may be permissible in law.
