Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3 submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court while hearing writ petitions concerning similar issue, by its order dated 23rd June, 2022, has relegated the petitioners before it for redressal of their grievances to the concerned authority. He submits that similar order may be passed on this writ petition. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute that the present petitioner is similarly situated with the petitioners who were before the co-ordinate Bench.

In such view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 with a suitable representation for redressal of his grievance within a fortnight from the date. If any representation is received, the respondent no. 3 shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible but preferably within two months of receipt of such representation. All contentions are kept open.
