PER COURT :- Perused the order passed by the learned single Judge on 10.1.2011. We do not find any irregularity or illegality in the order passed by the learned single Judge. The challenge raised in the LPA is in respect of interlocutory order passed during continuance of the Suit. It would be open for the petitioner to raise his grievance in respect of interlocutory order, at an appropriate stage, in an appropriate proceedings. No interference is called for in the LPA. LPA is devoid of substance and hence stands dismissed.

Pending Civil Applications do not survive and stand disposed of.
