O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) .

Appellant who has filed this first appeal for additional compensation is present and he has been duly identified by his counsel. Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of the insurance company with learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 insurance company is present.

Appellant and respondent No. 2 insurance company have filed terms of compromise which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Respondent insurance company agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 2,00,000/- to

( 2 ) the appellant towards full and final settlement of the claim of appellant and has agreed to deposit said amount within 45 days in the tribunal from the date of receipt of copy of award. Appellant has accepted the said terms of compromise.

In view of above, award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise 'X' and award passed by tribunal is deemed to be modified.

4.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant/claimant.
