By this application, the applicant seeks stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Having considered the submissions advanced, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - '

, subject to deposit the entire amount of award along with accrued interest thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from today.

If such amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, the stay shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court and the claimants would be entitled to execute the award.
