Heard the learned AGP for the appellants-State. The learned AGP submits that in the connected areas in which the appeals were filed and appeal were compromised, and the amount granted by the Reference Court is maintained, the amount granted by the Reference Court is the same price which is decided in the compromise. 2.

In view of the same, the learned AGP submits that nothing survives in this appeal and the order may be maintained in the present appeal without disturbing the findings of the Reference Court and the award of the Reference Court.

The learned AGP relied on the Judgment in First Appeal No.761 of 2003 wherein reliance was kept on the case in Special Land Acquisition officer and Others Versus Bhagwat Vithal Sonwane, reported in (2009) 4 Mh.LJ 308.
