Issue fresh notices to unserved respondents, returnable on 1st February, 2018, provided the appellants furnish correct address within two weeks from today.

Service on respondents be completed by returnable date, by all permissible modes, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Appellants are at liberty to take steps for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.6 on record, within two weeks from today. If steps are taken within stipulated period, issue notice to proposed legal representatives of respondent no.6, returnable on 1st February, 2018.
