Heard learned counsel for the applicant Shri. Venjane for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel Shri. Venjane for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application with a request to expedite the trial. He further seeks liberty to move the Trial Court for regular bail, if trial does not get concluded within a period of six months.
