Present applications are filed for granting stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 18-04-2018 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Beed in LAR Nos.342 of 2012 and 339 of 2012. 2.

As per order dated 04-02-2021 passed in CA/1734/2021 in FAST/2677/2021 and connected matters, this Court (Coram : V.L.Achliya, J.) granted ad-interim stay to the impugned judgment and award subject to deposit of amount to the extent of 50% of the award passed in respective appeals. Learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body submits that 50% amount of the award is deposited and therefore, stay applications may be allowed.
