Considering the challenge in the appeal, the present applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount together with upto-date accrued interest from the Office of the concerned Commissioner, upon executing an undertaking before the Commissioner that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed by this Court in future, they would refund the amount within a period of four months from the date of such order.
