Dated : April 04, 2016 PER COURT :- 1) The State has filed the present application seeking stay to the execution of the award dated 15.10.1999 passed by the Extra Joint District Judge, Latur in L.A.R. No.183/1988.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants informed this Court that, the award passed in the aforesaid Land Acquisition Reference has been fully satisfied and the claimants have received the amount under the award.

3) In view of the above, the present application has become infructuous, and hence stands disposed of.
