Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner - Institution is entitled to receive the grant and the name of the Petitioner - Institution is also reflected in the Government Resolution dated 3rd March, 2014 at serial No.68. However, as yet, grant has not been released. Even representations have been given to Respondent Nos.2 to 4, no cognizance is taken of the same.

The learned AGP submits that the Respondent - Authorities will take the decision on its own merits on the said representation. The Respondent - Authorities are required to take decision in consonance with the Government Resolution dated 3rd March, 2014, expeditiously. If the said proposal/ representation is required to be processed, the same shall be processed by the Respondent - Authorities. As Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are before this Court, they shall take a decision on the same and the whole process shall be completed, expeditiously, preferably within six months.
