1] This Court under order dated 3rd December, 2021 has directed to maintain status-quo.

2] Now the grievance of the petitioner is that salary of the petitioner is not being paid. The order dated 30th August, 2021 was assailed, cancelling the approval granted to the petitioner as Incharge Headmaster. 3] Writ Petition filed by the petitioner wherein status quo order is passed is pending. The petitioner can claim relief in the pending Writ Petition.
