The claim of petitioner for the award of crop insurance damages is not honourned till this date.

Respondent no.4 - Insurance Company has come out with a case that petitioner has uploaded incorrect information viz. description of the property, name of owner etc. According to learned counsel for respondent no.4, in case if petitioner approaches CSC center through whom he is able to upload correct information, the claim shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of such uploading of the corrected / detailed information about the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we grant liberty to petitioner to take such steps as are permissible and available in law. 4.
