The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw entire amount of compensation. It is to be noted that, this Court vide order dated 08.11.2019, had granted permission to these applicants to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, which was in fact 50% of the total compensation, deposited by the appellant/Acquiring Body. However, it appears that for want of correction in the name of some of the applicants, the aforesaid order could not be implemented. Now the applicants have corrected the names of present applicant Nos. 2 and 3 in the original award. Copy of the said award is also annexed. In

(2) 44- CA-2028-2025.odt view of the same, the application stands allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation along with the accrued interested thereon till date.
