The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has appeared before the Committee and filed her say. However, the validation proceeding is not yet decided.

The learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 1. The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before

2 wp 2233.21 the Committee on 01st March, 2021.

The result of the petitioner's III(1) year examination of M.B.B.S. course shall not be withheld only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner may not be refrained from prosecuting final year M.B.B.S. course only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
