Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent No.1 Acquiring Body in pursuance to award passed by Reference Court. It is submitted that by common order, two land acquisition references were decided. The Acquiring Body filed two independent appeals. The sister appeal has been settled and withdrawn in Lok Adalat. The present appeal was also referred to Lok Adalat, however, the Officer of Acquiring body could not remain present.
