The applicant/petitioner seeks review of the order dated 24th July, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No.1770 of 1997 and for condonation of delay caused in filing the Review Application.

We have heard Mr. Abhay R. Rathod, learned counsel for the applicant/review petitioner.

The contentions of the learned counsel for the review petitioner cannot be considered as the petitioner had approached this Court in Writ Petition

ca3558-2019+ against the order dated 13th August, 1996 passed by the University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad, rejecting the application of the present applicant for condonation of delay.

We have observed that the penalty imposed upon the review petitioner has been confirmed upto the Apex Court. It would not be permissible for the review petitioner to again approach the University and College Tribunal in that regard. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record. The Civil Application for condonation of delay as well as Review Application are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
