Heard Mr Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioners had raised a grievance of non compliance of the order of this Court, dated 25th September, 2018. It is submitted by the learned A.G.P. before us that already a decision is taken by the authorities on 28th February, 2019 and the order is communicated to all the concerned parties on 5th March, 2019. A copy of the communication received by the learned A.G.P. is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of this fact, nothing survives in the contempt petition.
