PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The employer has issued notice directing the petitioner to submit validity certificate within a period of three months.

Considering that the validation proceeding is pending with the Committee since the year 2016, the Committee shall decide the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.03.2021.

The employer has not stated in the impugned letter that the adverse action would be taken if the validity certificate is not submitted. The employer has granted three months time to the petitioner to submit the validity certificate. 5.

In case, employer issues further notices for the adverse action, then the petitioner may agitate in respect of the same.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
