ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 6 days caused in filing the appeal against the order made under section 140 of Motor Vehicle Act against the present appellant. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Notice in appeal is waived by Shri. A.I. Deshmukh for original claimants. List the appeal itself for final disposal at admission stage on 1.3.2016. As there are no documents, the learned counsels for appellants or respondents may produced the relevant documents like copy of F.I.R., copy of spot panchanama.
