This application is for condonation of delay and bringing heirs of deceased claimant/Applicant No.1A - Sandu Kachru Salve and Applicant No.2 - Ashok Kachru Salve. The contesting parties have no serious objection for bringing heirs on record. The cause of action survives against the heirs. The First Appeal is yet to be decided finally.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to allow the same.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'.
