This petition mainly challenges School Management's order suspending the petitioner without taking permission from the Education Officer. The order of suspension was passed on 12th July, 2000. On 13th December, 2000, this Court passed an interim order thereby the petitioner got reinstated. This Court even took care of petitioner's salary for the suspension period between July to October 2000 by directing the respondents to deposit the amount equivalent of full salary of the petitioner for the said period vide order dated 28th September, 2000. Accordingly, certain amount was deposited by respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the same was withdrawn by the petitioner. The Suspension was suo-moto withdrawn. No

wp3764.00 -2Departmental Enquiry was conducted. The petitioner is now in service and has no grievance about the events that took place earlier.

In view of the above, in our considered opinion, the petition is now rendered infructuous and the same is hereby disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged.
