Heard learned counsel for the applicant - CIDCO and learned counsel for respondent - original claimant.
Perused the application.

In view of nature of subject-matter, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court in LAR No. 172 of 1997 subject to condition that the applicants-appellants shall deposit entire decreetal amount along with interest accrued thereon within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which, stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the original claimant to execute the award for recovery of compensation amount within purview of law.

The civil application stands disposed of.
