Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

As limited grievance is raised in the petition, the petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

The petitioner is a student and approached this Court by way of present petition through his natural guardian father Ramlu Shankarrao Bukkawar. Certain documents are placed on record to submit that the petitioner belongs to 'Koli Mahadev, scheduled tribe' and as the petitioner was desirous of seeking caste certificate, the petitioner approached the office of Sub Divisional Officer by submitting the application in proper format. The application also accepted by the office of Sub Divisional Officer. Copy of the same is placed at page-26.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the documents clearly show that the petitioner along with the application submitted various documents in support of his claim is accepted by the office of Sub Divisional Officer on

(3) 15th November, 2018 till date, no decision on the application and in turn, the petitioner is not in receipt of issuance of certificate till date. 5.

This being limited grievance, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 - Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor, Tq. Degloor, Dist. Nanded to decide the application submitted to him on 15th November, 2018 as expeditiously as possible and if the petitioner complied with all formalities, to issue caste certificate to the petitioner expeditiously.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
