The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, principal amount of compensation is not paid as per the award passed by the Reference Court and only interest amount is paid to the petitioner.

It appears that, the petitioner has not filed execution proceeding as per the award passed by the Reference Court. The petitioner has to file the execution proceeding before the executing Court seeking amount of compensation as per the award passed in his favour.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
