Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

As limited grievance is raised in the petition, the petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

The petitioner is a student and approached this Court by way of present petition through his natural guardian father Bhumanna. Certain

1669.19wp (2) documents are placed on record to submit that the petitioner belongs to 'Koli Mahadev, scheduled tribe' and as the petitioner was desirous of seeking tribe certificate, he approached the office of Sub Divisional Officer by submitting the application in proper format. The said application is also accepted by the office of Sub Divisional Officer, copy of which is placed at Exhibit-G. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the documents clearly show that the petitioner along with the application submitted various documents in support of his claim and the same is accepted by the office of Sub Divisional Officer on 13th September, 2013, but till date, no decision is taken on the application and in turn, the petitioner is not in receipt of issuance of certificate till date.

This being limited grievance, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 - Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor, Tq. Degloor, Dist. Nanded to decide the application submitted to him on 13th September, 2013, as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court and if the petitioner complied with all formalities, to issue tribe certificate to the petitioner expeditiously.
