The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners i.e. original defendant Nos. 1 to 3, seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition as the respondents-plaintiffs have already withdrawn the original Civil Suit bearing No. 115 of 2017 pending before the trial Court.

The petitioner has filed a pursis seeking withdrawal, annexed with copy of order passed by the trial Court. It is taken on record.
