The applicants seek to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.3 as indicated in title clause of this application. The applicants also seek to condone the delay of 281 days caused in filing the present application.

Perused the application and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the application. The delay of 281 days is sufficiently explained. In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. In the result, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of. 4.
