Perused the application moved for action under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Both the Courts below have, on appreciation of the allegations made therein, refused to pass order directing investigation of alleged cognizable offence. After going through the same, this Court finds no reason to take a different view. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
