Perused the petition. The petition pertains to a minor penalty awarded to the petitioner after holding Departmental Enquiry. The nature of the penalty was indeed very minor. It was withholding of annual income for one year. It was done long back in the year 1998. Much water since has flown, we assured that the petitioner has made progress in his career and the petition has lost it's relevance due to passage of time. In view of above, the petition deserves to be disposed, and accordingly, stands disposed of.
